Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

As a consumer – meaning a natural person who places an order for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed activity – you have a right of withdrawal. A model withdrawal form can be found at the end of this policy.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. via postal mail or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Please note: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for the refund. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, in particular:

Customised or personalised products (according to § 18 FAGG)
Perishable goods or items with a short expiry date
Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Goods that were mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

The statutory exceptions under § 18 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act) apply.

Return Note

We kindly ask you to return the goods in their original condition – including all accessories and preferably in the original packaging – in order to ensure safe and efficient handling.
This is not a requirement for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
