Shipping Regions
We deliver to all countries of the European Union as well as to Switzerland. Malta and Cyprus are excluded.

Shipping Costs
All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.
Shipping costs depend on the respective delivery country.

Austria: €6,90
- Shipping to Austria is free for orders over €150,00.

Germany: €11,90
- Shipping to Germany is free for orders over €300,00.
- Switzerland: CHF 19,90
- Other EU countries: depending on the delivery country, from €16,90
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Austria: 1–3 business days
Germany: 2–4 business days
Switzerland: 2–4 business days
Other EU countries: 3–10 business days
For deliveries to Switzerland, delays may occur due to customs clearance.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are not included in the total price shown. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
Shipping of Hazardous Goods
Some of our products – such as monomer – may be classified as hazardous materials in certain quantities. Shipping is handled in accordance with legal regulations using appropriate packaging. This may lead to longer delivery times.
Packaging & Partial Deliveries
We aim to ship your entire order in one single parcel. Partial shipments are not offered.
Pickup
Local pickup is currently not available.
Shipping Terms
All shipments are made ex works (EXW, Incoterms 2020). The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
However, we are always happy to assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues.
